System: Windows Home 10 version 21H1
Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019

When I click on a hyperlink in a cell where the hyperlink is to a website, I receive the error shown n the image below and "Protection History" has the message:
    "Risky action blocked
    App or process blocked: Excel.exe
    Blocked by: Attack surface reduction
Rule: Block all Office applications from creating child processes"

I understand what this means. BUT is there a way to click on a hyperlink in excel so that the browser still navigates to that web page but I do NOT receive this error?

WOULD YOU BELIEVE the problem is that I have Brave associated with the protocols HTTP & HTTPS.
When I changed the association to Chrome, it worked fine.

    Go figure!!!
