Excel formatting

I was wondering if there is a way to format cells of an excel sheet upon opening it? In an automatic way, instead of having the user have to go and format the cells through excel.

Example: If an excel file is generated with multiple things in a cell, but the cell initially only shows the first line of the cell. I need it to automatically size to show all of the lines in the cell.
