Excel P & L help

I am having trouble downloading an Excel template from Microsoft for a Profit and Loss statement for my business. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks, David

Do you mean this one?

If you do, in order to download this template you must first download the Microsoft Office Template and Media ActiveX Control for Office Online. You should see the Internet Explorer Info Bar (shown below) If you do, right-click the Info Bar and select Install ActiveX Control.

If you don't see the Internet Explorer Info Bar (above), adjust Internet Explorer settings to allow the installation or use of the ActiveX control.

Note: You cannot download any templates for Excel or any other Office product without that Media ActiveX Control for Office Online. If the Microsoft Office Template and Media ActiveX Control has failed to install: To try installing again, click Retry.

It does not ask me to install Active X and it just says copying file but nothing happens. I even tried it with Firefox. Any other thoughts?
