Excel Password Forgotten

I created a project with this program and forgot my password. So how do I get around this without losing my data?

 

Well, there's a couple of different ways of going about it. Try Google, there's plenty of programs out there that'll brute-force the password. If it's 7 characters or less, we're talking seconds/minutes. If it's greater than 7, it could be hours/never...depending.
