    Hello

I have a spreadsheet where people fill in dates to show when work is completed but I would like to make it so all they have to do is click on a checkbox and it automatically fills in the date and time for them. I have tried =Now( ) linked to a checkbox but this changes the date when the spreadsheet is saved or re-opened.
