    Greetings Geeks,
Any of you Excel guru's out there I could sure use your help. Is there any freeware out there or any tricks of the trade that will allow you to open a password protected Excel spreadsheet? I had one sent to me and can't get the password, I would appreciate any ideas or thoughts.

Was it encrypted in Excel 97, 2000 or 2003?

If it is 2003 then it uses 128-bit encryption, and can be cracked by Brute Force only as far as I know!

If you are stealing the password then try a keylogger
