Excel template help...

    When I insert a movie into an excel file, the movie has to go wherever the excel file goes. Is there a way of actually embedding the movie in the .xls file, so that the .wmv movie can be deleted from the folder and one file, the .xls file, contains the movie.

    The movie has to be embedded this breaks the source file link.

    A linked movie uses the source file to run.

    Insert the movie as an embedded object.
