Exception Process Message c0000013

Actually what I am getting is Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c, along with the windows installers attempting to constantly install something but coming back with "invalid folder".

I have googled this error and have seen everything from virus to media cards to media programs causing this. I keep my system pretty clean with AVG/Spyware Doctor/S&D and CC CLeaner.

I recently read where this eror could be related to NOrton. I have removed Norton using the rmnvt tool which seemed to go painless, but the problem still persist.

I will go through all the cleaning steps if you guys/gals think it's needed, but I was hoping for a quicker solution

 

From what I can find at MS its a possible left over program after a virus trying to start, not sure of your user level. I would do the Read and Run, then let the experts decide what to remove from your logs when posted. If you remove the wrong startups you will just create more problems.

Event viewer will also let you know what is going on...but if you're not sure what to do with that info, go do the Read & Run here:
