    hello,

i am running exchange 2003 on a server which is hosting around 5 email address.

how much memory do u think i will need for this?

because i am having the trouble with inetinfo.exe and store.exe taking up all memory space and i have installed up 2 sp2

    Thanks

Well, Minimum is 128, recommended is 256 or more. I personally would not run server 2003 with under 1G.
    FYI
Inetinfo.exe is esential for the IIS of 2K3
inetinfo.exe is also a process which is registered as the W32.Rontokbro.K@mm.
you might want to check it out

As far as Strore.exe.... well, that process alone allocates memory to Outlook exchange server. It using alot of memory alone does not constitute a problem. Its doing what it is suposed to do. Grabbing as much memory as possible. The memory can and will be given back to the OS as needed. Its simply taking advantage of the available RAM.
