If you upgraded, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0

    1. On the browser menubar, click on: > Tools> Internet Options > Select Security Tab

    2. Click "Custom Level"

    3. Reset Custom Settings to "Medium" setting, click "Reset", "Yes" and "Ok".

    4. If your security is set to "Custom", please make sure that "Run ActiveX Controls" and "Script ActiveX Controls" are both enabled.

    5. To enable cookies, click on the "Privacy" tab.

    6. Pull slide bar to "Medium". Click "OK".

See if this solves your problem.
