Exclamation Point! Multimedia Audio Controller

After installing Windows XP professional on my computer, the audio driver is not working and no sound is coming out of my computer. I tried to download the AC97 audio driver from realtek but it still didn't work. And the sound was out in Magic Jack! It connected in USB Internet Phone by Tigejet.

I don't have a cd to install it's there solution that I can reinstall my multimedia audio controller?
