.exe flie wont run ???

I am trying to install a software program from my C: drive into my Desktop computer when I click on Setup.exe the hour glass shows for about 10 seconds and it looks like it is about to run but then it goes back to the file folder screen. I know it is not the program that is bad because i already installed the same program into my laptop with no problem.

I also have a sitebuilder program in my laptop that give me the same troubles. I think maybe its a firewall or something like that i've tried many times but i cant seem to figure it out.


I have Mcafee Security Center , Super-antispyware, and Spybot-SD

Any suggestions???
