I completed a full system scan using Microsoft Security Essentials. It detected and removed, "Exploit:Java/Blacole.ET"

I ran a "Firefox Plugin Scan/Update" and it says that it has disabled an outdated version of Java. I checked with the Java website and it says I don't even have Java. I checked under Control Panel in the program list and Java isn't there. I believe I had it a long time ago, but I uninstalled it because of virus detections as well.

    What steps should I take?
    :confused
