explorer.exe application error

Hi there,
I have a problem with me computer....whenever i open folders containing video files the computer shows explorer.exe.application error..the memory could not be read...
I m attaching 3 log files & I will attach 2 other log files in tne following thread...
Plz do help me

I have done all the 7 step test posted in READ & RUN ME FIRST before asking for support......I m also attaching 3 log files with this thread & i wiil post 2 more logfiles in following thread...

i had this problem they told me to get more memory....which i did and it worked........
