Explorer.exe costs 50% or more CPU usage

    I did spyware etc, I don't think that is a problem, because if I restart the computer it resets and both my cores are set back to zeroish percent on average. But after a while (like 10 minutes) my cores are at like 45% on one and 80-99% on the other for Explorer.exe. vista ultimate...
