Explorer problem

this is the first time i have posted anything like this and i am unsure of what info may be needed.

i have a problem with my pc , when i am using it my explorer.exe closes itself down and i get a report similar to this BUGDRPRO report as below

i am using windows 98 se.

 

win 98 you must have n old pc.. but what you could try doing is reinstalling explorer via microsoft web site.. give it a try

 

Sounds like Bug Doctor Pro is causing the problem, try uninstalling it and see if that solves the problem.

When does it crash? Is there a specific folder you are trying to access when it crashes.

 

From that message above, I agree with foot loose, it looks like bug doctor pro is actually causing explorer to crash. Let us know if you still get the error when you uninstall the program.

 

The problem may very well be Bug Doctor Pro. The only reason I asked about when it crashes, like when you try to open a specific folder, is it could be a corrupt file.
