Explorer Scroll Problem ?

IE windoes are scrolling strange. It seems that they seem to "redraw" evry few seconds while scrolling up/down. Almost like playing a choppy flight sim. I really never payed attention before to remember if it was doing it before - but I sure do notice it now. I would think my computer would handle scrolling a IE window pretty easy. My specs are in my sig - any ideas? oh yeah - I do have a broadband connection if it matters.

Go to Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, under Browsing, scroll down and make sure Use smooth scrolling is checked.
