Export Compuserve Contacts

One of our county commissioners has Compuserve. Has had it for YEARS and has built up quite a database of contacts. I've finally convinced her to ditch CS and get Verizon FIOS (fiber optic) broadband. It runs great, is VERY fast for her and she loves it.
However, she needs to export her sizable address book / contact list to just about any format (.txt, .xls, .cvs.) so I can convert it and import it into her newly set up Outlook.
I googled but nothing came up.

Any ideas?
I can't go there and look at it myself, I'm going to need to call her and walk her through it.
