Exporting history from IE

    How can I export the history from Internet Explorer, ideally I would like to create a text file (ms word/excel etc) as a report of sites visited and times, duration of visits etc. Is this possible?

    XP home/ IE 5 & 6

    How about highlighting the histories - copy - open a text file using notepad (I prefer NoteTab) and paste??.
