Exporting Saved Outlook Emails

these emails are in my saved folder in outlook, but not on my account server...just wondering if i can export them as individual files and reimport them or am i just screwed?

 

Do you mean you want to put them back on your mail server? If that's the case then the easiest way to do that is simply mail them to yourself (forward to your own address). Just adjust outlook to only delete messages off the server when you delete them so that they will stay up in the future.
