Ext. IP needs refreshed ALL THE TIME!

    Running Vista with Norton 360. Internet and Windows mail keep on failing due to IP needing to be refreshed. Using Firefox as a browser. I think its a firewall issue, but I don't know what to adjust and modify.

    Anyone have suggestions?
