    Hey all!

    Am a novice with web design - i get the idea and am picking it up quick(ish!).
    Problem i have is how do i write an external style sheet??

    I have written an internal style sheet and made it work how i wanted - but i now want the same look on all my pages.

    Do i write the external sheet in the same manner? All the information i can find just tells me about linking to the page, not how to write it!!

    Any help is appreciated!!

    pretty much..
    just take out the
    <style> tags.. paste them into a text document and rename it "mystyles.css"

    then in the head section of your pages, put a reference to the location of that style sheet:

    <link href="/mystyles.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
