Extractitall Version 0.3.0.0 Keeps Crashing

Hello
Last week I downloaded ExtractItAll version 0.3.0.0 from this link:

Actually, I have downloaded it on two separate computers:
1. My own computer
2. A remote server
And I have tried numerous times to use it.
However, every time I have tried to use it, it stops working after a short while, and the operating system shows this message:

And obviously, I click on "Close the program"
When I run it on the server, it usually extracts a few (3 or 4) rar or zip files before stopping.
And when I run it on my own computer, it starts and works for a brief time but before extracting any files, it stops with that message (same screen print)
Why does this happen?
How can I avoid it?
Is this a bug in ExtractItAll?
Please advise.

 

On my computer it is Windows 10 (latest version, always up to date)
On the remote server, it is Windows Server 2012 R2 (always up to date)

But there should be a way to run it on Windows 10.
If it runs on Windows 8.0, then how different can Windows 10 be?
I guess there should be a way to go around this obstacle.
Any ideas?

Try running the program in compatibility mode.
