Extremely Slow Netbook, Works Faster On Safe Mode

I have a netbook that is unbelievably slow in normal mode. Even a right mouse click takes about 1 minute to pop up the menu.

AVG doesn't show anything. I tried mbam scan wich came out with no results. Then I tried running first Adwcleaner, but it took ages to run, so I tried running it in safe mode and I did it, it came with results, but when I tried to reboot in safe mode, it didn't bring up the log file. When I tried again in normal mode it gave me the log file, but after 5 minutes.

The procedures required to be made are almost impossible to complet, for example, I tried to uninstall mbam so I could install it again and run it with changed exe but i was stuck at the windows uninstall menu for over half an hour.

What can I do ?

 

I just finished running in safe mode Windows Repair (all 44 jobs) and windows aren't getting any faster than before. In fact I think the are even slower.

 

Can I run the malware removal tools in safe mode or it must be in normal mode?

 

After installing MalwaresBytes, when i try to run it (either as adminstrator or not) a window pops up that says:
Unable to start
Unable to connect the service
