F.e.a.r. question

Will f.e.a.r. work with only about 320 megs after loading windows xp?
I've only have 512 right now because on of my memory sticks is going bad and gateway (The maker of my machine is sending my a replacement).
Also with it work with a geforce fx 5700le, I do have a radeon 9600se i could put in.

 

It should run but.. it will be slow and choppy ( maybe unplayable ) and wont look to good... fear min requirements... the 5700 id think whould be a bit faster seeing as fear is more of an nvidia game.....{edit} i take that back thows are the recommended specs.. it should be ok, not realy fast, but playable...

Download the demo and see if you can run that... the game has a system analyzer that will enable/disable different features based on your system specs

 

I can run it at low settings (not minimum) on a 5200 with 512 RAM and a p4 3.4 with perfect framerate, no drops and it still looks beautiful. Cant imagine what it would look like maxed out.....

 

at low settings it looks terrible. I ran it on low just to see. IMO its not worth the ticket if you can't enjoy it at full graphic detail. Or a mix of med/high settings.

 

it DOES look terrible unless you uncheck this certain thingy....it "causes the scene to be rendered at half the resolution" and therefore makes it look crap-freakin-tacular. If you turn it off it looks much better and smoother. Its still a fun game at that detail lvl, i think its worth it.
