    Hi forum!
This pertains to facebook security, I hope posting it in Networking is right?

As I was looking at Friend's applications in FB, I saw one using a "SC Redirect" application that ignited my curiosity. I googled it and couldn't find much with that precise string, but various pages pertaining to "search facebook stalker". I found the application page, but *did not* add it or grant it any access (am very suspicious of these apps).

I also found the cached fb application page on google, but it was mute on what "SC redirect" is meant to do. Suspicious.

I then checked my own applications. It came up under my applications "Used today" which is ok because I had initially clicked on the app link before cancelling installation or granting access. However, it also came up under my account , application settings as "authorized". when I tried to remove it from there my Firefox crashed. When I restarted FF on the same page it crashed again. I went to those settings in Opera and was finally able to delete the little pest from "authorized".

I reported the application to FB, thinking clicking the report button would allow me to add some description, but no. However, I think the reporting was legit as the application has now disappeared from FB. The applications FB page can still be found on google cache, though.

I hope I did the right thing.
