Facebook Games

Hey everyone - new to the forum here and honestly i cant believe i haven't found this forum before. Thanks to everyone who takes their time posting and helping people out...awesome. Anyways i am having a big problem with facebook games. It is UNBELIEVABLY SLOW. now i have a few kids and they love playing these games. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled java and adobe, downloaded ccleaner. I do not have any ideas what so ever on how to fix this. Is it maybe my graphic card is out of date? i have the geforce 6100. I'm short of going to war to figure this problem out , lol , any ideas are welcome and thanks again to all.

Another note - It sometimes says my Adobe Player has crashed since then i have reinstalled adobe and cleaned it up. I had a few older versions on there but they are gone now. I am using firefox. For java i have Jave 7 update 7

Version of windows? What browser and version of it are you running?
How do you connect to the internet? (slow ISP can cause slow down on pages loading).

I went searching for Facebook games and Adobe player crash and got lots of hits.
Then I tried to find posts that were from October 2012.
Normally I would not recommend replacing the newest version of flash with an old version but I've found several threads where a specific version 10 is mentioned as the one to install to avoid the crashes.

Used to play Farmville.
OK until the farm got too busy , then slowed way down as everything had to load again.
Facebook is known for having this type of problems.
At least the people that play there know about them.
I still play Vampire Wars there. Same issues.

Ok i installed the v. 10 flash player to no avail. Another thing that happens ALOT when im browsing the web in general is my browser will freeze and says not responding or ill get a message that pops up and says unresponsive script and it lets me choose continue or stop script , this happens all the time in facebook and out of facebook. so so lost. i appreciate you helping me to try and figure this out.:banghead

Since you have no addons, you can skip that part and head to the section on turning off Hardware Acceleration

I also found this:
To fix unresponsive script error in Firefox, follow the steps below.
1. Open new tab in Firefox and type “about:config” without quotes | Enter.
2. In the filter filed type “dom.max_script_run_time” without quotation | Press Enter
3. Now double click on Enter and Type “20” in pop up box | Press Enter.
4. Close newly opened tab.
5. Restart Firefox.
