Facebook Gone Forever?

Is this information accurate? More than 6 months disabled and email not recognized, then Facebook profile nevermore?

A poster elsewhere said:

"There's no legal way to restore your Facebook account once Facebook doesn't recognize your email at all and clearly shows that no account with such email ever existed."

"If you don't contact Facebook regarding a disabled account within 6 months, that account would be as good as a permanently deleted account. It would be impossible to recover in a legal way."

Does Facebook have a customer service phone number?

 

Just spent 4 months trying to reopen an account....it was blocked for some unknown reason.
There are no FB help phone numbers only the repetitive 'Help' lines on the internet.
You can get any other member to fill the 'Help' details and send an image of your passport or driving license.
I did find a USA link (?) ….I'm in the UK...…. that charges $75 to unblock....they refund the cash on completion for domestic accounts.....they didn't actually charge me anything....although I did immediately block the credit card after the telephone conversation.
Finally I did get back....I believe in the early days of the situation I may...in panic...have changed a password or submitted the wrong one but had no memory of it....but that is only a guess!!
I did read details of a female American lawyer who also took a number of months to resolve the problem....it was her business FB page!
I believe the 6 month rule is fact!
