:(Does anyone know how to bulk delete conversations on Facebook messenger? I know you can do it one by one, but there are hundreds. Can I somehow delete all of them at once? Thank you.

Are you asking how to do this on your Facebook page or through the Messenger App?
If you want to do it on your Facebook page here is how. On your FB Home Page on the left click on Messages. At the top right click on click on Actions. In the drop down box click Delete All Messages.
Using Messenger App go to Help Center and it explains it under How do I delete messages, conversations, or photos in Messenger?

Thank you so much. I tried to do what you advised on my FB on my computer. On my newsfeed page I found the "messages" on the left top left and clicked on it. Whenever I looked for the "actions" on top right to click on, I couldn't find it. The home page is the newsfeed page right? Could it be that my Windows 7 home edition is the problem? Thank you for your help. Let me know what I am doing wrong.

Hey Beth if you are using Chrome to access Facebook on your computer you can use and add on to delete all messages. Click the little lines in the top right hand corner of Chrome, go to More tools, then Extensions, then click More Extensions and when you get to the Google store type in Delete Facebook messages, hit enter, and you'll find add ons to help you. I use this one :

In Internet Explorer when you click on Messages it brings up a new page and on the top right you see what looks like a wheel. When you put your curser over it will show Actions click that and you see the drop down box where you fine Delete Messages and Delete Conversations. Sorry you my not be able to delete them all at once, it does not look like you can, but you can delete them there.

Beth, katkat is right. In IE that's the only way to do it, there's no add on for IE, sorry.

What I am seeing about this is this. Click on the messages icon on the top bar of Facebook. On the window that pops up, click on "See All" at the bottom of the messages window. The message will then open up your messages in the page itself. At the top you will see the wheel katkat described next to "+New Message". Click on the wheel and select "Delete Messages". Yep, if you have alot of them, you'll have to check them all before actually deleting them.

I guess that's why someone came up with the extension for Chrome o_O!
