Failed To Install Dns Manager

Hi Guys,

Lately I have a problem downloading any torrents in Vuze software. I have tried installing and reinstalling the software but the issue persists ( Please see attached ). I have tired downloading torrents using utorrent and bittorrent softwares but they are also in similar state showing "Waiting for DHT to annouce". I have NOD32 antivirus installed and these softwares are allowed in the Windows firewall as well.

Please help me out regarding this.

UDP Traffic needs to be allowed in firewalls for DHT to function. You might be able to adjust that depending on what Operating System and edition of it, and Windows Firewall.
