Failed to load resource DLL

    It started last night.

    I was uninstalling unused programs yesterday, and deleted the Microsoft Works folder (didn't have it in the first place) and the WS_FTP folder (which is a major annoyance, can't get rid of it).

    I get it when deleting, copy/pasting, and dragging urls into Favorites on IE.

    Is there anything I can do?

    I tried to edit a file in DOS, same error, but located it to a Symantec file...
