Failsafe Technologies, Guard-IE

Several Years ago I purchased a pop-up blocker produced by Failsafe Technologies called Guard-IE. It integrated nicely with XP Pro SP2 and into the IE6 toolbar. Guard-IE also provided the added funtionality of allowing the user to configure a 'white list' to allow certain cookies and scripts to run while any others would be automatically blocked. All was OK until I recently upgraded to IE7. Guard-IE is somewhat incompatible and updates for the program are not available as Failsafe Tech was purchased by Earthlink in 2004 and Guard-IE ceased to exist on the open market at that point in time. Is anyone familiar with Guard-IE? Has anyone found a replacement utility that provides the same funtions as Guard-IE and is compatible with IE7? Thank you.
