Fan Controller Computer Failure

I purchased a Phobya 4 Channel 30w per channel fan controller to run 4 fans. The fans I have connected to it are:

2 x Delta 120 x 25mm Extreme High-Speed Fan - 150.33 CFM (FFB1212EH)

1 x Delta 120 x 38mm Super Extreme High-Speed Fan - 240.96 CFM (AFB1212GHE)

1 x Corsair Memory fans

I have a 1000w enermax power supply. I am using an ASUS P6X58D Premium mobo, Intel 960 i7 cpu, Nvidia Geforce 470 vid card, couple of hard drives and a couple of burners, and a Koolance EX2 755 water cooler. Unitl I installed the fans and controller, I did not have any problems with my computer. When I first installed the controller everything worked great for the last 5 months. Now the computer when turned on will intermittently turn on and off several times before coming on full force, or it will turn on then completely off, then on again. Today while surfing the internet, the computer turned off by itself. It did this a few times over the course of 2 hours, and now I have OS issues.

The fan controller was supposed to be able to maintain the fan setup. What went wrong and what can I do to fix the problem? I did notice in the BIOS the voltage of the CPU flucuate between 1.242 and 1.324....My current voltages are 3.24(3Volt), 12.15(12Volt), 5.05(5volt).

Are you sure it's not your power supply?

 

Don't sound like a controller issue.

 

I did not have any power supply issues before I made this mod. I will uninstall the fan controller to see if this changes anything. Thanks for the replies. Will update when its done.
