Fan making lots of noise

    My CPU fan makes alot of noise. It had done this a few months ago and then stopped. It started last night and hasn't stopped. It makes the noise off and on. Like every 20 minutes or so it will get quiet for 2 minutes. It's quiet right now. Any suggestions? Anything I can do possibly, don't have money for new fan or new computer yet.

    Sounds like it's working overtime?
    Its summer over there right now isn't it?
    No aircon. in the house?
    (Some fans are just really noisy and then you can have your quiter types which are obviously more pricey) You should hear mine! :)
