Fan tweaking

I have been doing some major fan tweaking with my system.

I have been able to get my temp down drastically.

My CPU core temp at idle is now at 30c (86 F) My Air flow temp is 23c (73 F) My video cards temp is now at 36c (96 F).

I did a test and my video card will stay below 110 F while under-load.And my CPU will push about 100 F under-load.

And i am just using fans the CPU is a AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 ghz.

I have very power full delta fans 5,200 RPM Air flow 240CFM one blowing air into case from the front bottom and another delta fan blowing out the hot air.

Now i use a speed controller module for all my fans.

The delta fans i bought where not cheap on newegg last time i looked they cost 56$ each and the fan controller which can handle 6 fans cost like 30 or some thing.

I am using nothing but fans to get these temps.I do not trust water cooling system or any other crazy sh** other people do.

 

I got my PC from a system integrator and got every form of air cooling possible including 5 fans. And using SpeedFan, it reports that the CPU fan is turning at just over 1400 rpm's. None of the others have turned a single rpm and every time I ran the utility none the the 4 are running. Get SpeedFan and keep track of temp in a spreadsheet, that gives you a baseline. I would suggest that I am guilty of overreaching albeit in a good cause.

 

I use HWmonitor for my base line.I use a Speed Fan Controller it self i don't use or trust SpeedFan and plus SpeedFan does not work half the time as is even if it is setup right.
