fantom cd

I have downloaded fantom cd pro and installed, however, when I click the icon to run I get the error "'The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:WINDOWS\system32\hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs.
Is there anything I can do about this or is it an author only fix?
I'm not a geek so if there is a fix I hope it's simple.
