fast freezing problem

I was thinking this was some kind of internet connection issue but I think that I have narrowed it down to a computer / graphics freezing problem.. I ran a mem test for 2 hours and everything came out great.. but my computer freezes for a spilit second every few seconds... I don't know what this is and it just started up yesterday.. today I put a new wireless card in my pc because I thought it was the connection i was teather from my laptop but it is still doing git and I can even notice the emoticons freezing as long as the text while I type.


Here is what my computer is running... I have not made any changes to my computer right before this started happening but since it started I did rum the mem test and download MSE.

Windows 7 Ulitmate 32 bit
AMD Athlon II x3 440 Processor 3.02 GHz
4 GB ram
ATI Radeon HD 5750

 

Is it only when browsing the net or do you get freezes when typing in note pad etc?

 

its everything... but I think it is the wireless card I purchased... when it starts lagging bad if i switch back to lan it works fine.. and it is not just internet stuff like if i drag my mouse (so you can see the highlight box) you can see it happen then and yea it happens in note pad.. The wireless card I bought is a
PCE-N13

I was going to call asus after work today but it worked fine untill about 30 min ago then it went ballistic and I couldn't do anything.... I did not read that this was a problem with the cards anywhere and now that i switched it to disabled it is running fine..

 

I'm testing right now if it will still have the same problems with the card enabled just w/o running my internet through it.. so far so good but i'll post back in 30 min

Try getting the latest drivers from the Adapters website
