fast switching help

If I see the 2. diferant Log On Tabs for the 2. accounts on the Win7 wellcome screen and on the start menu am I right that fast switching is Enabled?

 

Go to your Control Panel,,click Users Accounts,,click on Change the Way Users log on or off. See if Fast Switching is checked.

 

I did I have win7. and I find User Accounts but not Change how users switch or anything like this??

 

OK I have win7. Home Premium 64 Bit and I read that Fast Switching is for users to switch between accounts without clossing any open programs runing.

But I thought that what the Switch User was for and it was on even XP they say it was added to win7. and Vista.

Please explain?

And it does say win7. Basic or Premiume you need the file to have Switch User.

But I do not understand something at the top of the page it says all versons of windows has Fast Switching that lets you go between accounts?

And if win7. Premiume does not then why is it on the Start menu with Log Off and restart?
