Fast user switching

Hello, I have been down this road before, and I'm trying to fix it, so far I have gone to Kelly's Corner and downloaded #34 and I have downloaded tweakuiI have gone to "service.msc" but the service is not started and the fast user switching box is checked I get a 1068 error when trying to start FUS. I think that using wisecare 365 may have stripped(changed) the registry but, I really don't know. I am however ready to take a large hammer to my computer, as this has happened rather frequently, Please Help me before I kill my computer, Thanks in advance, LiveKarl:cry
