FastServe for Windows.....what do you know about it?

I have been having loads of fun cleaning out my system from a middle of the night "fun on the web" spree from my 14 year old son! I've had AdAware for years and keep it updated, and I've also aquired Spyware Blaster, SpyBot, and Microsoft's new anti-spyware beta program. All of them now run clean, but I continue to get popup ads EVEN WHEN I'M NOT ON!! I would turn off the built in popup blocker, but many of the site my kids visit have java games that popup, keeping them from playing.
My big question is about FastServe for Windows! Every time I attempt to block out the URL of the popups (gotten by right clicking, and copying the URL from the properties window) by copying the URL into the blocked list in the IE tools, this FastServe pops up with an install screen "gathering information" to install .....I have no idea? Obviously I cancel out of the install, but after even trying to block the IP address of the popups, they put themselves back on the safe list? How is that possible? And most of all what does FastServe have to do with it? It's been on my computer ever since I got it, should I uninstall, or is that a part of Windows?

 

Try the spyware forum?
Try delete all temporary files.
Use ccleaner.

 

Never heard of fastserve,uninstall it if you can.
