FAT32 to NTFS..arg :confused:

Hi people im new here so ..Cheers!
Heres my problem ive tried to convert my D: who was in FAT32 in NTFS(to extract a file on it who was 6Gb and FAT32 dont support files bigger than 4Gb)..btw i have use the command CONVERT D: /fs:ntfs to convert it..it works just fine and ive read on NTFS.com that the convert dosent affect at all files or program already installed... on my D: (which is the one ive convert) Battlefield2 was installed there..and now i lag as hell in the game..before ive done that i was running the game so well whit a 6600GT (it happen last month) since i have upgrade my card to a 6800Ultra..and i still have this ugly lag...
so my question is..waht the hell happen?... cuz ive tried to unistall the game and put it on my C: which is FAT32 and a still get this lag..and all of this cuz of its damn convert...ARGG
its not my connection or my rig.. and ive tried 3dmark2005 just to test my video card(me and my friend almost have the same spec but he have a 6800gt..and me its a Ultra) is score was 4800 and me 5300..so dammit its not my card,,anyway the pro was there before i change it..just after that convertion...

BTW i have P4 2.8/1Gb ram/BFG 6800Ultra Oc 256 and everything is clean on it..defrag/virus/spyware//everything

Its not the conversion causing your lag.

Have you considered the possibility that it may be your internet connection?
