fatal exception OE

    Good to day to all. Just want to ask if what's the meaning of
    dis code. A fatal exception OE has occurred at 017F:BFF9DFFF.
    Dis happens ocassionally when i shut down my pc. how can i
    fix dis thanks for any help and suggestions.

    pentuim 4 1.6
    128 mb ram
