I removed the Hijack This log file for 2 reasons. First, your running a very old version, 197.7 it is up to 198.8 or something. Second, we prefer you attach log files. Finally, not sure what a log file will do to help in this case. Does it do the same with Internet Explorer alone because I am unfamiliar with Ybrowser. Optionally, that is part of the VB6 runtime package, you could try and download that from us here http://majorgeeks.com/download523.html and see if that fixes the error.

Finally try Avant, Maxathon or Firefox, 3 respected browsers among the geeks here. Let us know.

Hi. I have this same problem. I found out that it only gives me this error when a page is trying to use Flash Player. If I go and remove macromedia flash player it stops giving me this error. The problem is that there are so many things that use the flash player. If I go to a page that uses flash, it askes me if I want to download it. If I click yes then I get the error again and the browser shuts down. It also does this with regular Internet Explorer.
    Please Help. Thanks!

If you noticed, the original poster posted over a year ago. Please create a new one.

On the other hand: Is your issue a IE issue? Have you tried another browser? NO, i'm not suggesting switching browsers. Just narrowing problematic programs.

Still, you really need to startup a seperate new thread. Thanks!
