favorite/most helpful programs?

This one I like cause I think it solved a problem I've been having for a LONG time. After so long with a fresh install, something would always start slowing down my downloads, and I could never pin it down. And I think it was the Adobe acrobat IE explorer helper.. Not sure, but it's a possibility. And I just happened to notice it in BHO! Yay!
