favorite RAM manager/defragmentor

    i noticed there are a lot of RAM defragmentors listed here on MG and i was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations.

    i'm looking for one that will run in the background using little resources, and as always, the cheaper the better:D

    You don't really need one if you are running XP. I used mem turbo (freewrare) when I had win9x.

    i am running XP, and i know its not really necessary, but i have tried a few shareware versions and i did notice a little gain, especially if i want to start a resource hogging game, its nice to defrag the memory before i open it.
