favorites and IE 11

I can't find my Favorites tab in IE 11. If I go to tools bar and click add favorites, it puts the star ,with a right arrow, on the tool bar and if I am on a web page it adds that page to the tool bar. I just want to access my favorites and I can't find it any where. Checked threads and could not find anything to help.

Did you try right clicking an empty area of the title bar and going to sidebar?

 

have you added your favourite sites in to IE if you have you click on the star and it loads them up on the right hand side and then you can drag them to your bookmarks toolbar.
