Favorites icons scrambled

I tried searching your site and can't seem to find this specific problem discussed. The icons for my favorites are all scrambled: Yahoo Mail displays the nfl.com icon, Vanguard display a Google icon, etc. How do I associate the proper icons with my favorites listings?

 

Try clicking on IE Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Reset Web Settings

In IE7, when I go to Tools/Internet Option/Programs tab, there is nothing to "Reset Web Settings."

 

It's under Advanced in IE7. I have never used it in IE7, not sure what it changes there. Hold on.

I'm not sure about it in IE7, better hold off.

Click on Start > Run > type regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll > OK.

Then restart and open IE, see if that does it.
