Fax machine question.

    My neighbors have a second phone line dedicated to the fax machine. However, the voicemail kicks in whenever someone tries to send a fax, so the fax doesn't come through. I don't know what the machine is till I take a look this weekend, but wondered if anyone had any suggestions to look for please.

    Reset the voice mail to more rings before kicking in or set the fax to pick up sooner? And welcome to Majorgeeks, :waveyou will like it here.:D
