Faxing and online entertainment center

Hi, I have two separate issues I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about.
Firstly, we travel all the time. I could really use a fax program for my laptop but I almost never have access to a landline. I have a broadband modem which it seems is insufficient for faxing. So do I need to just settle for some kind of online fax service or is there any other options that aren't exorbitantly expensive?
Secondly, I'm looking for a service that would allow me to watch movies online or download them to the computer at will. I have tried Amazon Unbox which actually does both and that's what I wanted but I don't appreciate the lack of concern for the consumer as far as getting to keep what you pay for. Amazon treats their movies like Microsoft treats Windows Licensing and I'm too old fashioned to think that's economical or a good idea so if anyone has any alternatives I'd be appreciative!

 

I will check these out although since we travel, I don't much access to a landline of any sort The broadband modem (I think I may be causing some confusion, when I say broadband modem I mean I have an 'aircard' that Sprint calls a mobile broadband internet card... thus my refernece to 'broadband modem'.
