feedback on graphics card

Im gonna switch from AGP to PCI-e.
so im searching for some cards to replace my hercules 9800 pro 128MB.
and i need to keep it at about 110 euro. (cos i need to buy mobo and processer too. -> Asus A8N-E rev2 and amd athlon 64 939 3700+
and im gonna sell my radeon 9800 pro 128mb, an intel P4 2.8Ghz hyper-threading, and an P4P800 SE)

I want to buy the new system first so i can replace all, and then sell it.
do you guys know the card i found is any good? (bidded 115 euro on it) or do you have any suggestions for replacing my current card.

and is an x800xt better or worse then a x800gt?

or have any other suggestions for graphic card, MoBo or processor?
for the graphic card i wanna spend about 110 euro, the MoBo about 100, and the processor about 230...

The x800 GT is the budget version of the x800 family, in much the same way as the 9800SE was the budget version of the 9800Pro and 9800XT.
The x800XT and x800XT PE are much faster than the GT. €110 seems like a good price, too.
